The setup of the SPIRE Addictive Drug is very easy and quick. The addict simply has to attach the pill bottle and the menu will open.
In this menu, there is only the option to Use a Pill. Pressing that button, the future addict has a choice as to what person they want to be addicted to.
By pressing the name of the desired person, they will get a prompt to either accept or deny the request. Touching accept will cause the wearer will take their first pill, making them addicted to the pills and depleting their stockpile at the same time. It's on the dealer to supply them with more.
