Request Redelivery
You can request a redelivery at any time to receive an updated copy of any SPIRE item you've purchased, whether from our mainstore or the marketplace.
To initiate a redelivery,
- just interact with the redelivery terminal at the SPIRE mainstore and follow the provided instructions.
- Request a redelivery via the marketplace. (If you have purchased the item from the marketplace)
- Click the redelivery button on any SPIRE unpacker hud.
You should receive an inventory offer within a minute of requesting a redelivery.
If the redelivery fails unexpectedly, please contact us for assistance.
Ensure your avatar status is set to Online when requesting a redelivery, as being set to Unavailable or Away might prevent the inventory offer from going through.
